Role Description

As a Production Network Reliability Engineer focused on Dropbox’s Infrastructure organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and operating the large-scale networking systems that power our global platform. You will impact areas such as datacenter, backbone, and edge networking, while also driving improvements in automation, configuration management, and telemetry systems to increase reliability and efficiency.

In this role, you’ll partner with domain experts, software engineers, and cross-functional infrastructure teams to eliminate single points of failure, strengthen resiliency, and scale our production environment to meet the needs of millions of users. You will gain exposure to complex, global-scale infrastructure projects, collaborate with senior technical leaders, and help shape the future of Dropbox’s production network.

Our Engineering Career Framework is viewable by anyone outside the company and describes what’s expected for our engineers at each of our career levels. Check out our blog post on this topic and more here.
