Duetto is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist in various areas of the accounting department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong analytical skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently. The position requires excellent collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional payrolls with various payroll vendors.
• Manage worldwide employee T&E reporting.
• Prepare journal entry and month-end-close reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable for invoicing and collection as needed.
• Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• The ability to manage time effectively is a must.
• Experience working in a fast-growing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work professionally with confidential information.
• English language is a must.
• German and Spanish Language preferred, but not required.
