What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you’ll be responsible for:

As part of Circle’s global bank partnerships team, you will lead commercial engagement with banks across Asia Pacific. Your focus will be to originate, structure, and close enterprise partnerships that embed USDC — a regulated, fully reserved digital dollar — into Institutional, Transaction, and Commercial Banking platforms.

You will work with Tier 1 global banks, leading regional institutions, and select digital-first banks to integrate USDC into cross-border payments, treasury workflows, and emerging tokenized financial markets. This role requires senior-level engagement, disciplined execution, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and risk environments.

Your work will directly contribute to regional revenue growth while advancing Circle’s role as trusted digital dollar infrastructure across APAC.

What you'll work on:

  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with banks across Payments, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Digital Assets, Risk, and Compliance.

  • Defining and executing a focused regional go-to-market strategy tied to transaction volume growth and commercial targets.

  • Structuring partnerships that enable institutional mint/redeem capabilities, 24/7 cross-border settlement, and integration into treasury and capital markets workflows.

  • Collaborating closely with Product, Compliance, and Policy teams to ensure commercial expansion aligns with regulatory expectations across key jurisdictions (e.g., MAS, HKMA, FSA).

  • Building and managing a high-quality pipeline with clear prioritization and forecasting discipline.

  • Serving as a senior internal voice of the customer, translating bank requirements into actionable product and commercial recommendations.

  • Representing Circle credibly in executive-level discussions and industry forums.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, institutional banking, or financial infrastructure.

  • 8+ years working directly with banks across APAC with a proven track record and strong network.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development

Preferred Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of how Transaction Banking, Payments, Treasury, and Institutional divisions evaluate and adopt new infrastructure.

  • Strong expertise in cross-border payments and USD liquidity flows, with a clear perspective on how regulated stablecoins improve efficiency and transparency.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year enterprise deals in regulated environments (with experience across APAC and specifically in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan).

  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
