What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • You will own the product-led growth strategy for CPN Self-Managed Fiat Payments — from OFI acquisition and onboarding through activation, corridor expansion, and volume ramp across the network.

  • You'll define the activation playbook, build the growth product roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution to turn eligibility into TPV and TPV into revenue.

What you'll work on:

  • Own OFI growth strategy: Define and execute the product-led roadmap from signed → integrated → transacting → scaling. Set targets by OFI and corridor; turn eligibility into TPV and revenue.

  • Drive activation & onboarding: Close the gap between onboarded OFIs and live volume. Eliminate friction, compress TTFT, and build a repeatable playbook that converts OFIs into scaled volume and revenue.

  • Define product & corridor priorities: Shape OFI Payments API requirements with Payments Platform; help prioritize high-potential corridors using data (volume, demand, BFI readiness). Focus on features that unlock TPV, adoption, and stickiness.

  • Build growth engine & alignment: Create density-driven growth loops, own KPIs and dashboards, and partner across BD, SE, Data, and Monetization to remove blockers, align incentives, and enable GTM scale.

What you'll bring to Circle:

Core requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Growth PM, or a related role at a payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure company

  • Track record of owning and accelerating a growth metric (e.g., activation, volume, revenue) in a B2B or network/marketplace product

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building and interpreting funnel metrics, cohort analyses, and growth models; SQL or equivalent data fluency

  • Experience working cross-functionally with BD/Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Ability to operate at both the strategic level (corridor prioritization, growth loops, product roadmap) and the tactical level (unblocking a specific OFI, debugging a failed payment, writing a spec)

  • Clear, structured communication — can produce decision-ready documents, executive summaries, and cross-functional alignment materials

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in payments networks, settlement systems, or financial infrastructure (cross-border payments, correspondent banking, stablecoins, or blockchain-based settlement)

  • Familiarity with two-sided network dynamics, marketplace growth, or platform product management

  • Experience with product-led growth in an enterprise or B2B2C context (not consumer PLG)

  • Exposure to compliance-forward products where regulatory requirements shape the product experience (e.g., KYB/KYC, Travel Rule, sanctions screening)

  • Experience building or scaling an activation/onboarding product for financial institutions or large enterprise partners
