Role overview:

We are looking for a competent Webinar Specialist to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning, organizing and hosting Webinar/Live sessions as well as carry out essential operational duties. To be an excellent Webinar Specialist, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of Live sessions according to the organization’s standards.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the schedule with the Academic Delivery Manager on a need basis.
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (Webinars, Office Hours, Simulation exercises, Learning Management System, etc.)
  • Schedule the webinars/meeting through the zoom website.
  • Point of Contact for any questions related to Live sessions across slack, canvas, Teams, etc.
  • Setup of teams, setup of slack, to communicate with Course Leader, and Academic Delivery Manager.
  • Host all sessions allocated for the day / week / month across multiple courses
  • Host each webinar on Zoom as follows:
  • Join the webinar 35 minutes before the scheduled start time and welcome the presenter as they join in.
  • At start time, complete teach check (Audio/Video) with the Presenters.
  • Make sure the sessions are recorded.
  • Stay in the background as the Presenter conducts the presentation for any logistical support.
  • Complete all post session activities like upload recordings, slides, post announcements, or any other tasks assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Spanish / Portuguese Language, written and verbal both
  • Knowledge of program management and development procedures
  • Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Outlook, Zoom/any Video Communication platforms
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Willingness to work in any shift assigned
