Warehouse Inventory Analyst, Sunnyvale CA

Job Summary:

Meta is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Service Ops Analyst to build, manage, measure, and report on global supply & inventory management activities. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for a variety of activities that may span across purchasing, planning, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, reporting, analytics, process documentation and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Production on inventory accuracy/reconciliation issues.
  • Serve as the first escalation point in Service Ops for inventory reconciliation issues.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on inventory reconciliation.
  • Act as SME from Service Ops to review inventory discrepancies and engage appropriate parties for solutions.
  • Identify and recommend process and systematic improvement opportunities for inventory reconciliation and accuracy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (XFNs) to gather accurate information for manual adjustments.
  • Document inventory adjustment requests with clear, consistent, and accurate information.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inventory adjustment questions.
  • Escalate follow-up questions to SMEs as needed.
  • Maintain an up-to-date ABC inventory list.
  • Follow up on counting errors with Service Centers and document root cause analysis (RCA) in the monthly report.
  • Maintain the warehouse capacity forecasting tool with current inputs (receiving volumes, production, shipping, exceptions, etc.).
