Meta is seeking an experienced Business Marketing Manager to join its Business Marketing team in the Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa team (NEMEA).The Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta’s business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping companies, businesses, brands, agencies, partners and other industry stakeholders understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and growth, and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in informative, scaled and innovative ways. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to join our Business Marketing team in the UK, reporting to the Head of Marketing Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa, to help us build and deliver best-in-class B2B marketing initiatives covering all Meta’s solutions for Business.Our teams work closely with companies and agencies and partners in a variety of industries who use Meta’s platforms as a key part of their growth and marketing strategy and this position will be responsible for executing our business marketing strategy in the UK, developing outstanding marketing executions using multiple marketing channels, targeting a wide range of audiences: big companies, advertisers, agencies, key industry organizations and influencers. Some examples include executing integrated business marketing initiatives, hosting in-person and virtual events, producing thought leadership content and running programs, webinars, training and campaigns.

Business Marketing Manager, UK Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the business teams to deliver best-in-class marketing activations to the UK businesses, from top/mid and lower funnel activations including events, campaigns, programs, training, and content.
  • Contribute to global and EMEA strategic priorities by focusing on the biggest opportunities, developing multi-regional integrated marketing programs with a vertical focus to drive the greatest value for businesses and Meta.
  • Develop, project manage, and drive marketing initiatives with a founder mindset, proactively taking ownership to generate incremental revenue and drive meaningful impact.
  • Leverage data-driven marketing strategies to hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale initiatives, ensuring they are forward-looking and positioned to shape the future of marketing at Meta.
  • Utilize analytics tools and performance metrics to guide decision-making and continually refine marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Liaise and partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure top-notch delivery.
  • Constantly challenge the status quo by seeking innovative ways to elevate marketing impact, applying learnings from data to improve results and optimize performance.
  • Process, document, and report tangible impact and results in review forums with leadership, demonstrating clear ROI and effectiveness through data-backed insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and executing data-driven B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and measurable results
  • Experience in crafting data-driven narratives that clearly communicate complex marketing metrics, insights, and results to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external teams, including data, analytics, and product teams, in an agile framework
  • Demonstrated experience to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities, staying focused on the highest-impact opportunities rather than trying to do it all.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with ambiguity, using data insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies in real-time across international teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, data-driven marketing environment, where quick decisions and a strategic, impact-driven approach are essential for success
  • Experience thinking creatively while incorporating data insights into innovative marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • B2B marketing experience in the tech sector.
