Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Lead to execute on projects critical to the development and implementation of solutions for Meta's Infrastructure Supply Chain & Engineering team This role involves leveraging functional expertise, thought leadership and strategic influence to help identify and solution risks that may compromise or adversely impact our supply chain, optimize processes and drive efficiency, Meta’s infrastructure supply chain has global scale, complexity and the opportunity to tackle unique challenges and drive creative solutions. Strategic Operations Lead, Infrastructure Supply Chain Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges and roadblocks
  • Support formulation of contingency plans to de-risk challenges, including geopolitical and natural occurrences
  • Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading and collaborating with teams across different departments to drive strategic initiatives
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Operationalize goals around business process optimization and efficiency
  • Utilizing data to identify trends, analyze performance, and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Building partnerships with key cross functional partners across Infrastructure, Legal, Policy, Finance, etc. to ensure successful collaboration across initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or a related field, in supply chain and/or trade-related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and developing data-driven strategies
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience of thinking critically, analyzing complex situations, and developing effective strategies
  • Experience building relationships with legal, policy, finance and other cross-functional partners and drive discussions around strategic projects
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills to address multi-dimensional problems with high levels of uncertainty across multiple functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In depth understanding of trade laws and policy
  • Experience supporting large scale supply chain organization
  • Law degree

$144,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
