Meta is seeking an experienced and skilled Analytics Manager to join our Meta Business Services team. As an Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in rolling out our data strategy, building and maintaining data pipelines, providing advanced analytics solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and informed decision-making across our Finance Organization.

$141,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Analytics Manager, Meta Business Services Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational wide data strategy including interfacing with technical teams like data engineering, data science, and applied research
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot to provide insights and support business decisions
- Foster cross-functional working partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams, advocating for new analytics solutions to influence cross-functional roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Travel & Expense, Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, and other business teams, to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and analytics solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend new tools and approaches to improve our analytics footprint
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of analytics tools and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant career experience
- 8+ years of experience of advanced data analytics development
- 3+ years of experience in program management or consulting, leading large scale data/analytics projects from concept through implementation
- Proven experience of programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross functional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience driving data strategy and governance in a corporate environment
- Work experience in sourcing, procure to pay, travel and expense, or other finance teams
- Experience working under and using Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow
