Meta - Silicon Operations Manager - Sunnyvale, CA

Meta is looking for a Silicon Operations Manager to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. The main function of a Silicon Operations Manager is to support project teams and work to ensure that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check master schedule and work orders, establish priorities, and change schedule according to projects, WO specifications, priorities, and availability of workers, material, or equipment.
• Participate in meetings with clients and task members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs.
• Provide general support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time and filing expense reports.
• Compile reports concerning progress of work and downtime to distribute to personnel involved in project.

Qualifications:

• Possess basic level of Project Management skills.
• Able to interface effectively with technical staff and senior management.
• Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems.
• Proficient with Excel & Google Sheets for data visualization
• Experience with Jira for project tracking
• Experience working in a silicon/semiconductor industry, familiar with ASIC/SoC/IP

• Job Type: Contract (Up to 2 years)
• Pay: $60.00-70.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Work Location: Sunnyvale CA
