Meta is seeking a full-time Executive Protection Agent to join our dynamic Global Executive Protection Team. This broad role demands a high level of operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills. Executive Protection Agents collaborate with employees and support staff across multiple teams, both within and outside Meta. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of protection principles, enabling independent thinking, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to provide constructive recommendations for program improvements.

Agent, Executive Protection Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively support the Principal during all activities
• Strictly comply with all privacy and confidentiality policies and guidelines
• Actively collaborate with peers and leadership by offering expertise, support, and mentorship
• Promote a respectful, and trustworthy work environment grounded in integrity
• Serve as a liaison with Principals and key stakeholders as necessary
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance programs and execute them efficiently
• Ability to work autonomously, providing clear and decisive leadership and direction
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, often on short notice
• Accommodate work schedules that include overnights, weekends, and holidays to meet role demands
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in protection strategies, tactics, and technology
• Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to both small and large audiences
• Demonstrated ability to solve logistical challenges and lead a team of agents effectively
• Comprehensive analytical skills to assess information, understand context, and determine appropriate courses of action
• Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Project management experience encompassing organization, communication, documentation, and cross-group collaboration
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the experience to think critically and perform proficiently under high-pressure situations
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with high-profile individuals or in high-risk environments
• Background in working within a corporate environment
• Possession of relevant Executive Protection credentials and certifications
• Experience conducting threat assessments and developing comprehensive risk management plans
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to Executive Protection and security services
