We are seeking a strategic operational leader to drive the next evolution of our WhatsApp change management operations and learning ecosystem. This role will contribute to lead our AI-first transformation — enabling scale, speed, and personalization across a highly matrixed, global organization.As a leader, you will own the operational backbone of our learning and change management strategy, ensuring that our content, systems, workflows, and learning mechanisms deliver High quality experiences. You will also partner closely with cross-functional groups—including business units, Quality, Workforce, and other similar peer groups —to accelerate adoption, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business impact.This is a high-impact role for a transformational leader who thrives at the intersection of learning, change, technology, AI innovation, and operational .

Manager, Learning & Transformation Operations, WhatsApp Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing global operations team
  • Lead learning and change management operations, including content production, scheduling, resource planning, vendor management, and multi-modal delivery
  • Build and optimize operational frameworks, SLAs, and scalable processes that support rapid growth and organizational initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end learning lifecycle management across systems, knowledge platforms, and analytics tools
  • Own operational readiness for major operational launches, workforce transformations, and compliance training
  • Lead change management strategies to support business needs, AI adoption, and new ways of working
  • Build a philosophy of continuous learning, experimentation, and operational
  • Architect and drive an AI-first strategy that modernizes how learning is created, personalized, delivered, and measured across the company
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap of internal learning platforms and AI capabilities
  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive impact across and contribute to high quality results
  • Establish governance, responsible-AI standards, and quality controls for all AI-generated or AI-augmented learning assets
  • Influence stakeholders through clear communication, data-driven insights, and a experienced understanding of business priorities
  • Develop internal capabilities around AI literacy, digital content development, data analytics, and operational

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional working experience in a global and matrixed organization within the tech industry
  • 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams
  • Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategy, direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing globally across functional teams
  • Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building or leading AI-enabled learning strategies or transformations
  • Background in responsible AI frameworks, data governance, or enterprise AI adoption

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
