We achieve this by providing subject matter expertise, establishing and maintaining efficient operations that yield accurate decisions and feedback to fuel continuous improvements.We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Integrity Operations team focused on user safety and the AI transformation of the safety operational space. In this role you will develop expertise in Human Exploitation (HEx) and drive the development and execution of operational strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate HEx on WhatsApp, while leading the integration of AI technologies to enhance our operational performance.

Project Manager, WhatsApp Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
- Influence and execute the Human Exploitation strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the completion of the operations roadmap across product, policy, legal, and engineering. Maintain a continuous focus on driving operational improvements
- Develop Human Exploitation expertise and an end-to-end understanding of how this harm affects our users, product, and community
- Manage day-to-day operations and leverage AI tools and automation to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Effectively plan, manage, and execute complex projects from ideation to completion, pushing the boundaries and envisioning the future of this area of the business to further our mission
- Proactively analyze data and conduct root cause assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and anticipate future business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions based on the analysis
- Be a subject matter expert for the company, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and audits
- Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or process improvements
- Experience operating in and delivering results in an ambiguous and goal-oriented environment
- Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional projects
- Expertise in root cause analysis and generating actionable insights
- Experience assessing, analyzing and resolving complex problems
- Experience in Trust & Safety or Integrity Operations roles
- Experience analyzing large datasets
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, automation, and GenAI annotation platforms
- Familiarity with WhatsApp
