The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions.Our team is seeking a Scaled Marketing Manager who is committed to growth marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, creative strategy, acquisition, analytics, and driving measurable results through growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including international marketing, marketing science, audience strategy, data science, creative, analytics, and product teams to plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns anchoring to drive and sustain SMB engagements, and acquire new small business advertisers. Leveraging data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand our customer's needs and maximize impact while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. You are detail-oriented, enjoy building marketing campaigns, and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders. Demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and executional rigor will be essential for success in this position. You will play a key part in driving Meta’s growth marketing efforts in APAC and collaborate closely with global teams to maximize impact.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Scaled Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling marketing campaigns to help connect Meta’s SMBs with advertising solutions and facilitate adoption of best practices
- Develop region-specific strategies to address the unique challenges of SMBs in APAC
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches
- Leverage insights from marketing initiatives to inform campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
- Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals
- Own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth
- Coordinate and collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones and regional contexts, with a particular focus on APAC markets
- Attend regular evening meeting cadences with stakeholders and teams in Asia
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of additional 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- Experience in at least one of these areas (email, user acquisition, Facebook Ads, paid search, display, content marketing, product marketing)
- Experience with A/B testing and lift measurement
- Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Product, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, and Creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta’s advertising suite
- Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies
- Experience in SQL
- Proficiency in an additional APAC language is a plus
