We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager for the VR team within Reality labs to help drive the future of virtual reality innovation forward.The Meta VR Hardware marketing team is responsible for driving the outbound consumer marketing strategy to support our virtual reality device portfolio from awareness through to acquisition. This includes always on activity as well as developing full funnel programs to support new hardware launches and campaigns.In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for the business, designing appropriate insights fueled marketing strategies and developing impactful cross-channel plans and executions which drive to meaningful outcomes.You'll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, marketing products that push the boundaries of computing and human interaction into new and uncharted territories.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Integrated Marketing Manager, In Market Responsibilities:
- Build industry leading marketing programs to support acquisition goals, with a focus on connections planning across lower funnel channels that drive funnel and revenue growth
- Develop and champion an operational model to drive integration across 1P and 3P acquisition channels and channel owners, leveraging data and insights to fuel strategy and drive business outcomes
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding audiences, the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and product and market data
- Ensure a consistency across territories and consumer touchpoints, in collaboration with marketing managers across the business
- Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across marketing flywheel & performance metrics
- Model respectful behaviors and build an organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
- Cultivate collaborative internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy
- 12+ years of experience in a centralized integrated marketing function
- Experience with strategic thinking and bridging industry trends, insights, and community sentiment to plans/briefs
- Demonstrated experience in developing recommendations and synthesizing learnings through data
- Experience in leading complex marketing programs from ideation to execution through to reporting
- Experience leading fast-growing, cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
- Experience working with, influencing and presenting to executive level stakeholders (VP & C-level)
- Experience driving highly ambiguous and highly complex topics to extreme clarity of strategy and execution, at pace, in a fast moving environment
- Experience building and driving demand capture marketing programs
- Experience navigating change and driving through ambiguity
- Hardware marketing experience
- Growth marketing experience
