Meta is seeking a Compensation Partner to support our global hiring efforts through the delivery of offers and the management of data related to new hire compensation. You will treat AI as a core collaborator to drive efficiency and quality and partner closely with our Recruiting organization and other cross functional partners to execute high impact compensation initiatives through building relationships and executing an equitable and competitive new hire compensation strategy.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Compensation Analyst (Short Term Position) Responsibilities:
- Foster cross functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams and partner with recruiting to develop offers
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery, managing multiple work streams and competing priorities by breaking down complex problems into AI-solvable components and iterating with AI to generate and refine solutions
- Model a growth mindset when advising cross-functional partners on complex matters by actively seeking new AI knowledge and skills to understand and leverage emerging technologies, using AI to unblock work beyond traditional role boundaries and innovate in rapidly evolving or unclear situations, and sharing learnings to help scale AI adoption and skill development
- Lead with internal and market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients, providing project leadership and delivering key outcomes by simplifying work through action-oriented, AI-integrated workflows
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis by orchestrating multiple AI tools and agents in parallel, leveraging prompt engineering skills and an understanding of tool limitations
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods through measurable AI-specific impact by delivering improved quality and outcomes and clearly communicating how AI contributed to results
- Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks by redesigning workflows from the ground up to fully leverage AI functionality, using AI responsibly and ethically to protect people, data, and IP through policy-compliant practices and validation of outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Humanities, Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, recruiting, project management, relationship management, or equivalent combination of education/practical experience
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools and experience integrating them into work processes
- Advanced technical skills (SQL, statistical analysis tools)
- AI sophistication (prompt engineering, workflow automation, output validation)
- Proven business partnership and communication skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and growth mindset
