Brand Marketing Manager, Company Marketing Responsibilities:

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Brand Marketing Manager, Company Marketing Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies and tactics that break through
- Build compelling business cases that connect brand relevance to measurable business impact (growth, engagement, and/or brand sentiment signals)
- Make high-quality decisions with incomplete information, clearly evaluating tradeoffs and risks
- Own and execute a range of cross-functional projects (campaigns, partnerships activations, social-first content, etc.) with key partners across Strategy, Creative, Insights, Media, Measurement, Communications, Social, Partnerships and Product
- Orchestrate the entire marketing development journey, from ideation to campaign reporting and measurement
- Identify gaps in systems, workflows, or process and proactively design and implement solutions to help the team to operate with speed and simplicity
- Connect cross-functional partners and ensure teams have the right information to be successful
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Routinely use data and insights to ground projects and drive accountability
- Build peer relationships across Consumer Marketing (especially within Reality Labs given the role and importance of hardware in establishing Meta brand perceptions), serving as a dependable point of contact for the Meta brand
- Work in close partnership with Media and Social teams to develop shared/experimental tactics to help meet Meta brand goals
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing or brand management
- Proven track record leading complex and cross-functional marketing projects in fast-changing or ambiguous environments
- Proven project management skills and experience navigating and influencing multiple projects
- Experience collaborating with leadership and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated understanding and active use of consumer AI products and technologies
- Mix of in-house and agency experience
- Range of experience working on established brands, as well as up-and-coming and/or challenger brands
- Range of experience across tactical levers including integrated campaigns (with established budgets), partnerships activations (bespoke and scaled), as well as more experimental tactics
- Track record of identifying opportunities outside of defined scope and driving them to execution
- Experience in highly matrixed or complex organizations where alignment is as critical as execution
- Demonstrated use of AI products and technologies within the marketing process and campaign development
