Public Policy Programs & Campaigns Manager, Brazil Responsibilities:
- Design and implement policy programs that address regulatory areas including AI, Youth, Privacy, and digital platform governance
- Coordinate large-scale training events and capacity-building programs for SMBs, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders
- Help drive adoption of Meta AI and Gen AI solutions through government and SMB partnerships
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and compliance processes for policy initiatives
- Execute initiatives aligned with regional policy strategies, both for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams on AI-based solutions for public sector modernization
- Support WhatsApp AI solutions training and ecosystem development
- Pilot and launch internal tools to improve team's strategic impact tracking and internal communication
- 3+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, or program management
- Demonstrated expertise in build relationships with government stakeholders
- Practical experience at program/event management skills at scale
- AI-native experience: Demonstrated track record with AI tools, conversant in AI technology concepts, and able to credibly discuss AI capabilities with technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English
- AI ecosystem knowledge: Understanding of the generative AI landscape, including AI applications in business and government (chatbots, automation, content generation)
- Experience working with or advocating for technology platforms
- Familiarity with Meta's product ecosystem (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta AI)
- Experience with digital transformation or technology adoption programs in the public sector
- Professional fluency in Spanish
