Meta is seeking a Partner Manager who will serve as a critical relationship manager to government, political, and advocacy partners utilizing our commercial products. In this role you will establish and strengthen key partner relationships by providing education and support. A successful Partner Manager is passionate about the government, politics and advocacy ecosystem, detail oriented, navigates ambiguity well, focused on the needs and goals of clients or partners, has strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and use Meta products and solutions effectively.

Partner Manager, Government Politics Advocacy & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and manages existing relationships across the Government, political and advocacy ecosystem (institutions, government entities, political candidates, agencies, etc.)
- Develop and execute a training and engagement strategy for the government and social impact ecosystem that is aligned with Meta's global approach, while accounting for partner needs and unique local dynamics
- Understand key decision makers and influencers, as well as the client’s organizational objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps. Demonstrate value of Meta's products as a key driver for civic engagement and public communication. Inform partners of new processes, policies, and products
- Collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams (e.g. scaled customer service team, sales operations, legal, communications, public policy teams) and ensures the Government, Politics, Advocacy & Compliance team is delivering on expectations. Effectively facilitates escalations internally
- Attend/present at events to represent Meta's product solutions and vertical strategy. Serve as external product consultant for government and social impact partners
- Oversee internal account operations and partner with cross functional team to drive best in class service solutions for the government, politics and advocacy vertical, ensuring service excellence
- Capture / identify product and innovation needs based on external partner / industry feedback. Identify relevant industry trends relevant to governments and social impact organisations
- Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences
- 5+ years experience partnering and managing marketing-focused relationships
- 5+ years experience working on digital media platforms, advertising metrics and industry trends
- Experience introducing new products, processes and systems to clients
- Experience working with advertising agencies or consultants, policy makers, governments, politicians, non-profits or advocacy organizations
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Understanding of the overall GPA vertical and geo-political climate
- In-depth knowledge about the GPA trends, partners, sensitivities, Meta's unique relationship with each partner, and the associated risks
- Experience developing thought leadership in the GPA space
- Demonstrated experience managing ongoing partner priorities without guidance, using your judgement and problem-solving skills
- Experience navigating internal resources and building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
