Client Solution Manager - France Responsibilities:

Client Solution Manager - France Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Work and collaborate with broad groups of internal cross-functional teams
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
- Outline and manage measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
- Manage internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills, and the love to learn in an ambiguous environment
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- Demonstrated experience to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
- Communication skills, collaboration and working effectively in a team
- Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights, to be effectively presented to external clients
- At least 5 years of relevant job experience
- Business level French and English
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
