You will be responsible for leading teams chartered with advertising platform innovations that enable advertisers and businesses to deploy solutions at scale and meet Meta's growing product and business needs. You will drive strategy across product and platform engineering, lead teams building AI-powered capabilities, and ensure that our advertising tools deliver high quality, reliability, and performance.

VP, Engineering - Business Experiences & Platform Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and support diverse teams of engineering directors and managers
  • Provide both technical and organizational leadership
  • Form cross-functional and cross-discipline partnerships to drive engineering efforts
  • Establish effective strategies and execute against them
  • Uphold a culture of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Recruit and retain top talent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of technical industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience as VP or C-level of an engineering organization at a company operating at scale
  • Experience managing and scaling organizations
  • Experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing engineering products at scale
  • Experience delivering AI-powered products with rigorous evaluation and iteration practices
