Role Overview
We are looking to hire full-time Associate – Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for our Demand Generation team.
Selected candidates will initially join us as interns for 3-6 months. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance expectations, they will be converted to full-time employees in the Associate BDR role.
If you are currently in a full-time role, we may consider you directly for the full-time position.
Role Details
- Qualification: B.Tech/ MBA
- Year of Pass-out: 2025 or 2026
- Location: Chennai Only
- Shift: This is a shift-based role (5 PM–3 AM or 6 AM–3 PM or normal shift), allocated strictly based on business requirements. Candidates will not have the option to choose their shift. Please apply only if you’re fully comfortable with this arrangement.

What will you do on a daily basis?
- Be the first touchpoint for prospects evaluating Facilio’s platform.
- Generate interest in Facilio’s solutions through thoughtful outreach and conversations.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and discovery calls.
- Create discovery meetings, SALs, and sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Reach out to prospects through multiple channels — calls, emails, and LinkedIn/social platforms.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth follow-ups and handoffs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect interactions.
- Continuously build knowledge of Facilio’s products and the facilities management industry.
