About the Role:

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (1–3 years experience) to support and accelerate Facilio’s growth across the Middle East.

The Middle East is our legacy region — with established demand, strong performance, and repeat enterprise wins. You’ll help drive the next phase of growth by scaling early enterprise adoption of Facilio Atom, our AI layer, while expanding our footprint across a proven SaaS platform.

We’re looking for someone early in their career but serious about enterprise SaaS and AI — someone who enjoys outbound, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and wants to build a long-term career in enterprise business development within a global SaaS organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Represent Facilio as the first touchpoint for ME prospects exploring our solutions.
  • Strategically identify and generate new enterprise opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Research accounts, map key decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
  • Actively participate in discovery and qualification conversations, ensuring a seamless handover to Account Executives.
  • Leverage multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars) to build engagement and momentum.
  • Maintain market intelligence on the ME SaaS ecosystem and facilities/operations management sector to inform outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design ME specific campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline activities in the CRM.
  • Act as a Facilio brand ambassador, evangelizing our solutions and shaping our reputation in the market.

Job Specifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS business development, preferably with global market exposure.
  • Strong track record of creating pipelines for enterprise, large-ticket SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a bias for action.
  • Strong grasp of CRM systems and modern prospecting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where you are helping to build a market from the ground up.
