About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative with 2–4 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales in the UK region.

In this role you will play a central part in shaping Facilio’s presence in the UK. You will be at the forefront of opening doors to leading real estate owners and operators, positioning Facilio as the partner of choice in reimagining how building operations are run.

The ideal candidate is a market builder — someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, understands enterprise SaaS buying cycles and large-ticket sales, and is eager to be part of an expansion journey with global visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Represent Facilio as the first touchpoint for UK prospects exploring Facilio’s solutions.
  • Strategically identify and generate new enterprise opportunities in the UK through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Research accounts, map key decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
  • Actively participate in discovery and qualification conversations, ensuring a seamless handover to Account Executives.
  • Leverage multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars) to build engagement and momentum.
  • Maintain market intelligence on the UK SaaS ecosystem and facilities/operations management sector to influence outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design UK-specific campaigns and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline activities in the CRM.
  • Act as a Facilio brand ambassador, evangelizing our solutions and shaping our reputation in the UK market.

Job Specifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS business development, preferably with UK market exposure.
  • Strong track record of creating pipelines for enterprise, large-ticket SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a bias for action.
  • Strong grasp of CRM and modern prospecting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where you are helping to build a market from the ground up.
