Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, including Macs, and PCs, utilizing Windows 10, MacOS, Google Workspace, wireless devices, antivirus software, security software, etc.
  • Setup user accounts as well as order and install laptops for new users
  • Support access management, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
  • Support with security and compliance tools such as EDR (Endpoint detection and response), MDM (Mobile Device Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and other security software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via Slack, Google Meet, and the internal ticketing system
  • Document steps and procedures internal to the team using an internal documentation platform
  • Maintain an asset inventory of all hardware, software, and computer peripherals
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Experience -

  • 3+ years of IT experience in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Major in Management Information System, Computer Science desired but not required
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize often fluctuating workload
  • Strong problem solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with working as a part of a team

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $92,000 and $127,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
