Who are we?

FalconX is a pioneering team of operators, investors, and builders committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, FalconX addresses the industry's foremost challenges: Navigating the digital asset market can be complex and fragmented, with limited products and services that support trading strategies, structures, and liquidity found in conventional financial markets. As a comprehensive solution for all digital asset strategies from start to scale, FalconX operates as the connective tissue empowering clients with seamless navigation through the ever- evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

The Mission

As our Senior PBP, you won't just "support" the business—you will build it. You’ll be the strategic architect for our most valuable asset: our people. You will sit at the table with our CEO and front-office leaders, acting as a high-credibility advisor who understands that in a trading environment, talent is the alpha.

What You’ll Do

  • Front-Office Whisperer: Build immediate credibility with traders, engineers, and executives. You understand their pace, their pressures, and how to drive performance without slowing them down.
  • Entrepreneurial HR: We don’t have a 500-page manual for every scenario. You will design the frameworks, culture touchpoints, and talent strategies that don't exist yet.
  • High-Impact Talent Strategy: Move beyond "filling roles." You’ll hunt for the top 1% of talent and build the retention engines that keep them here.
  • Navigational Leadership: Guide the organization through the volatile cycles of the crypto market with a steady hand, high emotional intelligence, and a focus on long-term scaling.
  • Data as a Language: Use HR analytics not just for reporting, but to predict trends, optimize team structures, and make a business case for every people initiative.

Who You Are

  • Battle-Tested: You have 7-10 years of HR experience, with a significant chunk spent in the trenches of a trading desk or high-frequency financial environment.
  • Crypto-Fluent: You don’t just know what Bitcoin is; you understand the decentralized ethos. Whether you’ve worked in crypto or are a deep-diver who spends your weekends on DeFi protocols, you get the space.
  • Radically Authentic: You possess the executive presence to challenge an exec and the empathy to support a junior dev. You are a straight shooter who builds trust through transparency.
  • Intellectually Curious: You are a polymath. You want to understand our liquidity pools as much as our compensation pools.
  • NYC Resident: You thrive in the energy of the city and are ready to be on the ground where the action happens. This role requires office presence 4 days per week in our beautiful Bryant Park location.

Why FalconX?

  • No Red Tape: We value results over bureaucracy. If you have a better way to do something, you have the autonomy to execute it.
  • The Intersection: Work at the literal melting point of TradFi and the future of the internet and finance.
  • Extreme Ownership: You will see the direct impact of your decisions on our P&L and company culture every single day.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $181,000 - $231,000 New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications and the level at which the candidate is hired.
