  • Lead the Creative Solutions team in the US (a team of 2-3 Project Managers, one Writer and one Videographer), managing daily workloads, overseeing all projects, and developing the progress of individual team members to build a gold-standard delivery team.
  • Drive different department teams for the development and delivery of our biggest and most exciting brand partnership projects, communicating to the team any priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions made, and ensuring everything is delivered within budget.
  • Lead the day-to-day communication with a client throughout the lifetime of a project, delivering outstanding client services and always looking to upsell beyond the current agreement.
  • Work with the sales team on the creative process of answering client briefs, in terms of ideation, pulling together pitch proposals, and translating the ideas into realistic and strategic deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Fever team and event partners to plan and execute branded events.
  • Conduct regular and thorough reporting and analysis of campaign work, optimizing campaigns to produce the best possible results and then building engaging and memorable stories from those results.
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties, and colleagues to provide appropriate skills and input to programs and activities.
  • Continuously update and maintain understanding and knowledge of the media and market in which clients operate.


  • 6+ years of relevant experience ideally in one of the following: media owner, media agency, creative/digital agency or events agency
  • Experience both conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaigns
  • Experience planning for and directing video shoots
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in building attractive, client-facing decks
  • Experience in planning/producing consumer-facing events
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills and ability to create engaging stories out of data
  • Good knowledge of the global media and advertising landscape
  • Excellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as communication & negotiation skills (both oral and written)
  • Confident self-starter and comfortable working through new situations
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
  • Passionate about branded content and innovative ideas
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English
  • Ideally comfortable being on camera (we often feature in our own social media videos)
