About the Role:
We are seeking a Global Licensing Business Intern to join our global team. This role is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry. The primary responsibility will be to support the licensing team in managing and expanding our portfolio of live event IPs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on the licensing deal flow management, prioritizing leads and driving them to closure.
- Participate in negotiations, engaging in the negotiation and contracting phases.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate licensing strategies with overall business goals, working closely with marketing, sales, and event management departments.
- Create presentations and reports including external pitches, commercial deal presentations, and internal reports.
- Collaborate on the Licensing strategy, contributing to the creation of commercial terms, geographic prioritization, and process refinement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance or similar ones, with high achievement results,
- Previous internships will be highly valued, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment, Start Up or personal projects (e.g., volunteering, club president, etc.)
- Professional working proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, top-down communication (internal and external stakeholders)
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis, with business sense and experience with Excel complex formulas
