About the role
Working as part of our Communications & PR team, the role will be based in Madrid and will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to have visibility over Fever’s global strategy and external communications.
From the support of market expansions to liaising with governmental entities, your role will cover a diverse range of responsibilities. This opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic work environment is the right fit for a self-driven candidate with a strong interest in public affairs and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Advance Fever’s interests and promote its expansion through relationship-building with key decision-makers, public administrations, government bodies, and industry regulators at the local, regional, and federal levels.
- Promote Fever’s visibility and positive perception with other stakeholders, such as associations and non-governmental bodies that play a significant role in the entertainment, tech, culture and creative sectors.
- Monitor public policy changes along with the Regulatory Affairs team to understand their impact and act accordingly or take part in advising.
- Understand our key markets, customers, competitors, and regulatory landscape so as to reflect our leadership position in the sector.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders, identify a common agenda and generate deal flow across departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and relevant associations, ensuring our leadership team has regular opportunities to meet with them.
- Track and report on institutional relationships across Fever’s geographic footprint
- Identify key opportunities on public platforms, summits, forums, and awards to reflect Fever’s leadership position.
- Secure earned relationships and liaise between internal teams and external partners.
- Work autonomously with a rigorous planning process and be result-driven
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in governmental relations, public affairs, partnerships, business development, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with governmental processes and structures in key regions (Europe, Americas, etc.).
- English High Level - native if possible
- Have experience working in a multinational/global company is a plus
- Act as a true team player
- Have a keen eye for strategy and be committed to company goals
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have initiative and ownership over work entrusted to you
- You are based in Madrid or willing to move
