Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the development process for our Fever projects.
- Process and monitor domestic and international payments (wires, checks, direct debits, etc.)
- Liaising with Project managers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of our development payments.
- Performing all onboarding and compliance activities.
- Assist with the month end financial reporting process.
- Work with our internal key players (Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Sales team) to effectively ensure and execute development payments and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordination with the manager of the treasury team and the reporting of the KPIs for the area
- Leverage processes to identify areas of improvement, including performances and technology-based changes.
- Proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to detect and resolve errors in financial and payment processes.
This position is located in Madrid (Spain)
REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting, finance, or related degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and bilingual Spanish.
- Experience in Accounts Payable tools, ERP (ej. Tipalti, Business Central…)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and database management
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.
