Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle.
- Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities:
- Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess potential deal synergies and financial viability.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with target companies and transactions.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and other deal documentation.
- Support Deal Execution:
- Assist in due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational analysis.
- Develop and present compelling investment theses to internal stakeholders.
- Support the negotiation of transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financing.
- Manage deal processes and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
- Post-Merger Integration:
- Develop and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger value creation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies after the closing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (prior M&A experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, deal teams, and external advisors
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- A passion for the M&A field and a strong desire to learn and grow
