About the team:
Within Finance, the Process Innovation team ensures the right workflows, data, and controls are in place to support Finance and the broader business as it scales. The team takes a cross-functional view of finance initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and seamless execution. The focus is on enabling growth and scalability through robust processes, reliable data, and systems, identifying frictions early and driving continuous improvement across core finance operations.
About the role:
We are looking for a Finance Data & Business Readiness Lead to ensure Finance is fully prepared to support business growth, product launches, and key operational decisions. This role is highly operational and cross-functional, acting as the connection point between Finance, Data, Product, and Business to guarantee readiness across processes, data, and systems.
You will lead initiatives focused on improving finance readiness, scaling reporting and data foundations, and ensuring that core finance operations run seamlessly as the business evolves. This role combines strong operational ownership with hands-on work across data, systems, and process improvement.
- Ensure Finance readiness for product launches, operational changes, and key business decisions
- Define, maintain, and scale financial and operational reporting that is reliable, actionable, and easy to consume by non-financial stakeholders
- Own financial data quality, key metrics, and end-to-end information flows
- Identify operational frictions and lead improvements in processes, tooling, and automation where it adds clear value
- Work closely with Product and Business teams to anticipate needs and prevent issues before they impact execution
- Act as a reference point for Finance Ops and Data across the organization, ensuring consistency, control, and scalability
About you:
- 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Finance Ops, BizOps, Data Ops, RevOps, consulting, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience working with data, reporting, and financial systems
- Strong operational mindset, focused on making things work reliably at scale
- Proven ability to translate technical and data complexity into real business impact
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders in fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change in a fast-growing environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Ideally:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Experience with ERP systems and finance platforms, and system integration projects
- Exposure to automation, process optimization, or finance transformation initiatives
