About the Role:
In this role, you will take ownership of Fever’s expansion within key Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets with a focus on driving growth and marketing with our partner portfolio. You will manage your own high-impact projects, working part of our Asia-Pacific (APAC) growth team to scale our business model across the region.
You will be responsible for:
- Market Growth: Drive Fever’s business plan in key Asia-Pacific (APAC) expansion areas based on growing key partners, conducting market sizing analysis, prioritising product initiatives, refining pricing, and developing revenue growth strategies.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Advise our largest strategic marketing partners on growth opportunities and best practices by leveraging Fever’s proprietary data as well as marketing and ticketing technology.
- Strategic Impact: Define and implement growth strategies that move key business metrics. You will provide the analytical backbone for high-impact projects, turning data into the end-to-end strategy.
- Operational Leadership: Help create and manage new business streams and workflows that enhance performance across various company departments.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work within a large international team (40+ countries), collaborating globally to execute growth initiatives across our partner portfolio.
About You:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a high-growth, analytical, or strategic business role (e.g., Strategy Consulting, Tech, or Investment Banking).
- Background: Bachelor's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Proactive problem-solver who solves problems based on data and brings numbers to complex strategic and business decisions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
- Mindset: Willingness to constantly challenge the status-quo and generate high business impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish, Korean or Japanese is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
