About the Role
As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will work within the controlling and finance function of the Group, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This is a role that requires full autonomy, attention to detail, and drive.
You will be expected to demonstrate full ownership and proactivity, always under the review and accompaniment of the Controlling Manager, to achieve an agile and accurate controlling function for a global high-growth business. The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Deliver periodic financial and business analysis related to.
- Support business areas with financial information required on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with different areas (Accounting & Business).
- Perform month, quarter, and year-end closing process.
- Check business budgets and forecasts, checking for margin deviations: when, where, and why.
- Elaborate financial estimations to support business decisions.
- Identify key opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions.
- Work closely with the Controlling Manager to escalate and resolve matters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- At least 3 or more years of experience as financial controller.
- Previous experience within audit/consulting is highly valuable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, write & fluently speak the English language.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate clearly both internally and externally.
- Rigorous, organized, and meticulous.
- Team player.

This role is located in Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing, you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere
