Meet the Team
Legal
As the Legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.
Our team is structured in: Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Privacy, and Paralegal Support. Together, we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.
Our objective is to protect the Fever brand and confidential information. We do this by guiding regulatory compliance and business expansion, handling legal complaints and disputes, reviewing and creating legal documents, managing incident reports and insurance claims, and developing and advising on corporate policies.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate vendor inquiries and the approval and submission of accounts payable requests for the Legal, GRC & Policy team in accordance with internal finance processes, ensuring the timely processing of key payments.
- Support Legal Operations with day-to-day contract execution processes and notification management.
- Manage corporate administration tasks, including notarizations, wet-ink signatures, and document archiving.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation, as well as invoice and knowledge repositories.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, knowledge-sharing practices, and ad-hoc operational projects to enhance efficiency and collaboration across the Legal Operations team.
- Upskill, support, and help grow other team members.
This position will be hybrid and based in Madrid or Mexico DF.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial support role. Experience supporting legal, finance, or corporate teams is a plus, though we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
- Familiarity with invoicing, accounts payable / payment processes, and administrative workflows.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus!
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse teams and external stakeholders, with strong cultural awareness and empathy.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to grow within an administrative role supporting Legal Operations, with a strong interest in process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Self-directed and solution-oriented, with a can-do mentality.
- Familiarity with invoicing tools, payment management systems, and Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools; experience with Jira, Salesforce, e-signature platforms, and AI tools is a plus.
