👤 Who We’re Hiring: Founding Full-Stack Sales Account Executive (SDR + AE)
You’re not just a seller, you’re the first point of trust. You listen deeply, ask sharp questions, qualify fast, and close fast.
Your Day-to-Day - You’ll own the full sales funnel
🔍 Prospecting: Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and HubSpot
📞 Cold calls / LinkedIn / Email outreach: Personalized outreach to ICP personas
🎯 Discovery: Deep discovery calls, understanding their landing page setup, paid campaigns, current CRO workflows
🧠 Consultative demo: Run product demos with real use cases and landing page reviews
🤝 Objection handling and closing: Create processes and scripts to handle objections.
📈 CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting: Build and maintain a qualified accounts and prospects pipeline
🛠 Product Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product to improve sales playbook
🛠 Marketing Pitch Refinement and Feedback: Collect customer insights to refine pitch, product positioning, and GTM strategy
🧬 What You Bring
- 2–4 years in B2B SaaS Sales (ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or CRO space)
- Previous experience closing $10k–$100k ACV deals
- You’ve sold to mid-size or enterprise brands (not just SMBs)
- You are curious, coachable, and insanely driven to win
- You have a bias for action and get sh*t done without waiting for hand-holding
- You understand performance marketers, or are willing to go deep and get there
Bonus: Traits That Stand Out
- Background in selling CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Mutiny, etc.)
- Experience with personalization, A/B testing, or growth experimentation tools
- Worked in/with marketing agencies or in performance/growth teams
- Obsessed with solving buyer problems, not just hitting quota
