We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can own the visual language of Fibr.ai across marketing, brand, digital assets, product storytelling, and social media.
You’ll work closely with founders, product, and marketing to create high-impact visuals that make complex ideas feel simple, modern, and memorable.

Your work will include:

1. Designing marketing graphics, campaign assets, website visuals, and product explainers
2. Creating social content, email graphics, ads, landing page assets, and presentation decks
3. Producing UI-inspired visuals that bring our product story alive
4. Contributing to brand evolution, visual identity, and creative direction
5. (Preferred) Creating short motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions
6. Collaborating with product teams to maintain a cohesive design system
7. Brainstorming creative concepts for launches, campaigns, and events

Requirements

Must-have skills:

1. About 2 years of experience as a graphic designer/UI designer
2. Strong design fundamentals - layout, typography, color, composition
3. Proficiency with Illustrator, Canva, Figma
4. Ability to think visually and translate product concepts into clean, modern graphics
5. Creativity, attention to detail, and a product-focused design mindset
6. Ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple formats (web, social, presentations)
7. Comfortable working with AI tools for design (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)
8. Experience with AI image generation, prompt crafting, and AI-assisted creative workflows
9. Portfolio > Resume. A portfolio of past work is highly preferred

Preferred but not mandatory:

1. Motion graphics / animation (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
2. Understanding of Webflow, Framer, or website design principles
3. Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or tech products
4. Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
