About the Role
This is not a typical client success role. At Fibr, client success means sitting across the table from a CMO or VP Growth at a Fortune 500, understanding their acquisition problem, and designing an AI-powered solution that actually moves the needle. It is high-stakes consulting and solutioning, not ops.
You will work directly with the founders, wear a product hat, and have a dedicated team around you. If you have spent time at a top consulting firm and are ready to stop advising from the outside and build something real, this is the role.
What You Will Do
- Own the enterprise client relationship end to end, from onboarding through strategic expansion
- Run executive-level consulting engagements: diagnose growth problems, design AI-powered solutions, present to C-suite
- Build detailed, creative solutioning decks tailored to each client's growth problem — this is a core part of the job, not a side task
- Build the framework for how Fibr delivers and measures value at scale, then execute it
- Work directly with the founders and wear a product hat alongside a dedicated team built around this motion
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Shape product direction based on what clients actually need, feeding real insights back into the roadmap
Who We Are Looking For
- 2 to 3+ years at MBB, Big 4, or a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Comfortable holding your ground in a room with C-suite. You have delivered recommendations that actually got implemented
- Exceptional communicator and presenter. You can distill complexity into clarity and own a room
- Strong creative solutioning instinct — you enjoy the craft of building a sharp, well-reasoned point of view from scratch
- Genuinely curious about AI and able to go deep, not just talk about it at a surface level
- High hustle, low ego. This is a fast-moving startup, not a firm
- Comfortable working across time zones. Fibr operates across India and the US
How We Work
AI is not a nice-to-have here, it is the default. You will have unlimited budget to use any AI tool that makes your work better and faster. The expectation over time is that the manual layers of this role, deck creation, documentation, formatting, all get delegated to AI. What remains is the work that actually matters: deep thinking, sharp solutioning, and client relationships. That is what we want you to spend your time on.
A Note on the Interview Process
Our process includes a solutioning assignment where you will build a client-facing presentation for a real growth problem. It is a serious piece of work, expect to spend 8 to 10 hours on it. Please only apply if you can genuinely commit to that. We respect your time and will respect the work you put in.

About the Founders
Ankur Goyal and Pritam Roy, from IITs and Stanford, with a combined 25+ years across brands, product, and growth. Both have built from 0 to unicorn, at CRED and Globalbees. Fibr was incubated and backed by Stanford University and is a truly global team operating across India and the US.
