Forward Deployed Growth Lead - India <PS: Skip work Authorization questions>
Fibr
Sales & Business Development
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
This is the hardest role we hire for. It is also the most interesting one.
You will walk into a Fortune 500 — a bank, an insurer, a healthcare platform, a fintech or a Telecom Giant — and within weeks you will understand their business better than most people inside it. You will identify the metric that matters, diagnose where it is leaking, design the intervention, and then run it. Not advise on it. Run it.
That is the job. Strategy, data, and execution in one person. No handing off to an analyst. No waiting for the client to implement your recommendation. You own the outcome.
If you have come up through consulting and found yourself frustrated that your work ends at the deck — this is what comes next.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most roles ask you to go deep on one industry. This one asks you to go deep on how businesses work. You will move across fintech, insurance, healthcare, edtech, and consumer — and in each one, your first job is the same: understand the business model, find the conversion lever, and design the experiment that moves it.
You are not a specialist. You are a business diagnostician with an execution mandate.
The AI does the heavy lifting on generation and assembly. What it cannot do is think about a business from first principles, earn trust in a C-suite room, or make the call on what actually matters. That is what we need from you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Win the business: You will build pre-sales decks that diagnose a prospect's growth problem and make the case for Fibr AI's program. Your ability to understand a business quickly and frame a sharp, credible strategy is what supports an AE's strategy to convert prospects into accounts.
Understand the business model at depth: For every account, you go beyond the brief — unit economics, acquisition channels, conversion architecture, competitive context. You form a point of view on what is actually driving or limiting growth, and you are comfortable challenging a CMO's assumptions when the data says otherwise.
Diagnose from data: Map the funnel, identify the drop-off, form a hypothesis, design the test. You read the numbers yourself — no analyst to translate for you.
Design the experience strategy: What should change, for which segment, with what message, and why. This is strategy work, not templating.
Manage the AI execution loop end to end: variants generated, reviewed for quality and brand fit, approved by the client, live within the sprint. You are accountable for everything that ships.
Be the face of Fibr AI inside every account: You run the weekly performance syncs with growth teams. You present the monthly strategy reviews to CMOs and VP Growth — with a clear narrative, hard numbers, and a defensible point of view on what happens next. You run the quarterly ROI reviews with senior stakeholders, build the renewal case, and set the roadmap for the next 90 days. These are not update meetings. They are moments where you earn the right to go deeper.
Build the business case for expansion: When the program works, you identify the next surface, the next segment, the next opportunity. Growth within accounts is part of your scorecard.
Train the AI as you go: Every insight you develop — about an industry, a funnel pattern, a business model, a conversion lever — gets fed back into the system. You are not just running programs; you are making the AI smarter with every account you touch. Over time, the operational burden of each new engagement shrinks because of the work you did on the last one. You are building leverage, not just delivering outcomes.

WHO THIS IS FOR
You have 4+ years at a top consulting firm or Big 4 or in a high-accountability Engagement or strategy role. You have delivered recommendations that got implemented and you can point to the business impact.
You move fast across industries. You do not need six months to understand a business. You ask the right questions, read the data, and form a view quickly.
You are a strong analytical thinker. You are comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, you can interrogate funnel data, and you know when a number is telling you something important.
You can hold a room with a Fortune 500 executive — and move them. Not because of your title, but because your thinking is tight, your preparation is thorough, and you know how to build the case that gets a decision made.
You are AI-native. You already use AI tools to do the work, not just talk about them. You see AI as leverage, not novelty — and you are excited about the idea of making it smarter through your own work.
You want to own outcomes, not deliverables. The distinction matters to you.

HOW WE WORK
AI handles generation, assembly, and documentation. You handle judgment, strategy, and relationships. The expectation over time is that every manual layer of this role gets delegated to AI — and what remains is the work that cannot be automated: understanding a business, forming a point of view, and earning the trust to act on it.
You will have unlimited budget for AI tools, a dedicated team supporting execution, and direct access to the founders. You will not be managed from a distance.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
Our process includes a solutioning assignment — a client-facing growth strategy for a real business problem. It is 8–10 hours of serious work. We only want candidates who can genuinely commit to that.
We are not looking for volume. We are looking for the one who see this role for what it is and want it badly enough to do the work.
