- Change Order Management: Evaluate and implement post-sale change requests from stakeholders, effectively mitigating any associated risks.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement within the Technical Project Management workflow and lead strategic improvement initiatives.

- Communication Management: Foster effective communication across all involved parties to encourage collaboration, identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement process improvements.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hardware or manufacturing, preferably as an OEM or contract manufacturer.

- Familiarity with low volume piece parts and prototype builds is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and a sense of urgency in managing delivery schedules.

- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong inclination for thorough documentation.
