Sales Administrator (Individual Contributor)
Location: Monterrey area, Nuevo León, Mexico
Work Model: On-site / In-office
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early in their career who has approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
This is not a senior-level role and does not involve people management or strategic ownership. Instead, it is a hands-on, in-office position focused on execution, accuracy, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate sales data
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
- Track order statuses, follow up on required documentation, and assist with reporting
- Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
Customer Support (Occasional)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide basic product information and order updates
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
Quality & Process
- Follow and contribute to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain organized records and support process consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams
- Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations
- Basic understanding of sales processes (B2B or B2C)

Buscamos un(a) Administrador(a) de Ventas para apoyar al equipo de ventas en Estados Unidos con tareas administrativas y de coordinación diaria. Este es un rol de contribución individual (IC), ideal para una persona en una etapa temprana de su carrera, con aproximadamente 2+ años de experiencia en soporte de ventas, administración o atención al cliente.
Este no es un puesto senior, ni incluye liderazgo de personas o responsabilidades estratégicas. Es un rol presencial, operativo y práctico, enfocado en la ejecución, el orden y la comunicación efectiva.
Responsabilidades Principales
Soporte Administrativo de Ventas
- Mantener y actualizar sistemas CRM (por ejemplo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) con información precisa
- Preparar y procesar cotizaciones, facturas, órdenes de compra y contratos
- Coordinarse con equipos internos (logística, finanzas, operaciones) para apoyar el ciclo de ventas
- Dar seguimiento al estatus de órdenes y documentación pendiente
- Administrar documentación comercial y cumplir con procesos internos
Atención al Cliente (Ocasional)
- Responder consultas de clientes por correo electrónico, chat o teléfono de manera profesional
- Proporcionar información básica de productos y estatus de pedidos
- Escalar situaciones más complejas a los equipos correspondientes
- Representar a la empresa con profesionalismo y enfoque en el cliente
Calidad y Procesos
- Cumplir y contribuir al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS)
- Mantener registros organizados y apoyar la consistencia de procesos
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ventas, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín
- 2+ años de experiencia en roles administrativos, soporte de ventas o atención al cliente
- Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, Google Workspace y herramientas CRM
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y cumplir fechas límite
Deseable
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos internacionales o de EE. UU.
- Conocimiento básico de prácticas comerciales en EE. UU.
- Comprensión general de procesos de ventas (B2B o B2C)
