Fiverr Business Solutions’s Executive Director of Revenue will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenues through effective acquisition, marketing, and retention strategies. It is a pivotal role that will develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives and processes, while leading and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $225,000-$245,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for commissions, bonus, equity and benefits.

What am I going to do?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, aligned with Fiverr Business Solutions targets and goals, focusing on both short-term gains and long-term sustainability.
  • Drive alignment between sales,and customer success functions to ensure seamless customer journeys and optimal revenue outcomes.
  • Lead B2B acquisition strategy and execution, including business guidelines for in-product funnels, as well as lead-generation initiatives.
  • Lead retention and expansion efforts, including overseeing the customer success team in maximizing portfolio’s revenue potential and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all revenue-generating funnels, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely and effectively with different stakeholders in the company including product, brand marketing, Ops, talent supply and data to streamline customer experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue-related activities.
  • Hire and manage and lead a winning team that strives to exceed expectations


  • Proven and measurable track record of successfully driving revenue growth and meeting revenue targets in B2B technology companies - Mandatory.
  • Extensive experience of at least 12 years in sales and customer success leadership roles in tech.
  • Exceptional leadership and at least 8 years of experience managing sales and customer success teams, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience with measuring performance and working with aggressive targets.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative revenue-generation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners.
