Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive In-House Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Fiverr, ensuring we attract, identify, and hire top-tier talent across various departments. The In-House Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

What am I going to do?

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

  • Proactively source and attract candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies to find diverse and qualified candidates.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop a recruitment strategy for each role.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Conduct detailed interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide insightful feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with top talent for future opportunities.

Offer Management & Negotiation:

  • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and company policies.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, when necessary.

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in promoting and strengthening the company’s employer brand through various channels (career fairs, social media, internal referrals, etc.).
  • Participate in activities that promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Analyze hiring trends to continually improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • English - a must
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A keen understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
