What you will do

As a Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our online marketplace, while maintaining high standards of quality and usability. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing the review process for new templates and plugins

• Managing the review team and daily operations of the marketplace

• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the marketplace

• Working with product design and engineering to enhance the user experience and increase adoption

• Engaging with creators to gather feedback and drive improvements

• Experience in the web design industry

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams

• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

• Proven track record in e-commerce or marketplace environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
