What you will do

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, etc.) to drive conversions and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with our SEO expert to track and improve search engine rankings and traffic.

  • Work closely with our Data Lead to own and develop all marketing data, including analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Lead and optimize our partner program (affiliate marketing).

  • Implement data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Develop and track key growth performance metrics.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to optimize marketing strategies continuously.

  • Experiment with new channels and initiatives to acquire new users.

Your background

  • You have at least five years of experience in a growth-related function, with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies.

  • You have extensive experience with various ad platforms, marketing attribution, and building a data-driven marketing function.

  • You possess strong analytical skills, are comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and can analyze data using SQL.

  • You’re curious to try new things and pragmatic in your approach. You ensure that each experiment is grounded in data and large enough to impact our business goals.

  • You feel comfortable driving new projects from start to finish and building a team for the areas that drive results.

  • Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing web traffic

  • SEMrush for SEO analytics and optimization

  • Pipedrive for Sales CRM
