Job Description

Please note: This role will be based in London, UK and requires an in office presence 2-3 days per week.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries in the EU and UKI

  • Ensure compliance with Freshworks policies and local regulations

  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners & employees to navigate employment lifecycle changes and ensure transactions are completed in HR systems in line with established processes

  • Support monthly data audits and partner with the Payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate monthly payments

  • Maintain and communicate internal HR policies and process documentation; ensure personnel files are maintained and completion of employee-related legal documents

  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with employees throughout the organization

  • Ability to create deep working relationships across functionals, geographies, and lines of businesses

  • Actively engage in steering cross-functional projects and programs involving change management in the landscape of HR technology.

  • Ability to effectively partner with HR COEs (including leadership) and the business whilst driving the functional transformation projects in HR

  • Designing future processes and solutions: defining a clear vision for end-to-end process that enhances HR process optimization and delivery

  • Ensure key stakeholders are working effectively as a team and collaborating as necessary to meet organizations goals and needs

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives using project management approach

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in HRIS (ex: Workday) and/or Project Management at a fast-paced technology company

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience required

  • Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to work within a constantly changing environment

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English

  • Solid understanding of EU and UKI employment law, organisational development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

  • Strong ability to manage HR projects and deliver outcomes on a timely manner and with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to work with global stakeholders and navigate scheduling between various time zones

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and results-driven

  • Deep understanding of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle with a focus on data integrity
