As a Senior Product Manager on the Freshworks Platform Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the communication and collaboration ecosystem for businesses worldwide. What You’ll Do

🚀 Own & Build for Growth

  • Take full ownership of key product modules, driving sustained differentiation and impact.

  • Develop deep domain expertise and stay ahead of industry trends in communication & collaboration.

  • Define, build, release, and measure success for end-to-end product experiences.

🎯 Be a Customer Champion

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, needs, and workflows.

  • Bridge the gap between customers, engineering, design, and business teams—ensuring customer-centric product development.

  • Continuously gather insights, test hypotheses, and iterate to drive meaningful outcomes.

Deliver Exceptional User Experiences

  • Create intuitive, elegant, and powerful solutions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility.

  • Work with design and engineering teams to bring best-in-class usability to every product interaction.

  • Champion an iterative MVP-first approach—shipping fast, learning continuously, and improving rapidly.

🤝 Collaborate & Lead

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align product strategy with business goals.

  • Communicate clear, compelling product visions to stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and agility within the product team.

Act with Speed & Impact

  • Break down complex problems into phases, enabling incremental progress while keeping the big picture in focus.

  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to prioritize and iterate effectively.

Qualifications

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in global/cross-functional software teams in a SaaS/product company.

✅ Knowledge of Distributed Systems

✅ Platforms mindset

✅ 5+ years of core product management experience, building features for internet-scale software products.
✅ Customer-first mindset with a strong ability to listen, empathize, and problem-solve.
✅ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
✅ A proven track record of making data-driven decisions while balancing long-term vision and fast-paced execution.
✅ Experience working in an agile, iterative environment, leveraging structured experimentation to drive impact.
