Job Description

At Freshworks, we are seeking a Senior Manager for Revenue Enablement to join our LEAP (Learning Experience and Platform) team. The LEAP team are a specialized group of learning experience designers and enablement professionals that partners closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations to deliver scalable, high-impact learning programs. The team also manages Freshworks Content Management System (CMS), ensuring our customer-facing teams have timely access to the right resources, tools, and knowledge.


This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on identifying and closing knowledge and skill gaps across our revenue organization. You’ll lead a team of learning experience design professionals, analyze enablement data, uncover opportunities for improvement, and build engaging, competency-driven learning solutions aligned to our business goals. In addition, you’ll oversee the platforms and CMS team, ensuring effective governance, maintenance and digital adoption of our enablement resources.


You’ll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess needs, define learning strategies, and deliver programs that drive measurable performance outcomes.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining Enablement Design Standards: Develop and implement design standards for our learning initiatives, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with our company's values and objectives.
  • Defining Competencies and Competency Levels: Determine the key competencies and proficiency levels required for various roles within our organization.
  • GTM Competency Gap Analysis: Conduct a thorough Gap-To-Market (GTM) competency gap analysis to identify areas where further training or development is needed to meet our strategic goals.
  • Content Gap Analysis: Perform an analysis of our current learning content against the core competencies defined, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Building Benchmark Data: Establish key metrics and benchmarks for assessing the effectiveness and impact of our learning and development initiatives.
  • Creating Curriculum: Develop comprehensive learning programs, working closely with SMEs to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Hiring/Upskilling Instructional Designers: Recruit and develop instructional designers to create and deliver high-quality learning materials, based on the defined design standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, such as on-demand content, onboarding, and live sessions, to identify problem statements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their learning needs, and develop strategies and solutions that meet these needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a learning and development role, with a strong focus on data analysis and competency gap analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of learning methodologies and ability to define and implement learning design standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic action.
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs to create comprehensive learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $ 207,800 to 337,600 USD + bonus

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence in San Mateo, CA 3 days / week (Tue-Thur)
