Job Description

Overview
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver complex features end‑to‑end,
ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. You’ll lead by example—mentoring
engineers, driving technical excellence, and influencing architecture decisions across teams.
You’ll balance frontend craftsmanship with backend robustness and system reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build scalable, distributed full‑stack systems that handle millions of transactions.
  • Lead design discussions and own technical delivery for key modules.
  • Build reusable UI components and frameworks for consistency and speed.
  • Apply OOP, SOLID principles, and system design best practices.
  • Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and secure.
  • Mentor engineers and conduct design/code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical direction with business goals.
  • Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and rendering efficiency
  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
  • Contribute to architecture reviews and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in full‑stack or backend/frontend leadership roles.
  • Expertise in ReactJS, EmberJS, Ruby on Rails, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of system design (HLD/LLD) and architectural trade‑offs.
  • Experience with distributed systems, caching, and microservices.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering, and performance tuning.
  • Exposure to AI tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Full-stack expertise: Advanced hands-on development with ReactJS / EmberJS and Ruby on Rails / Java
