Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role sits at the intersection of technology and consulting, where you will work closely with global customers to design, build, and optimize AI driven chatbots and Copilot solutions on our platform.

You will play a key role in implementing conversational AI solutions, guiding customers on best practices, and helping drive adoption of our AI capabilities, including Copilot features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and deploy chatbots and AI agents using a UI driven platform
  • Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions
  • Conduct customer workshops, product demos, and solutioning discussions
  • Support customers during implementation and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Test and validate APIs using tools such as Postman
  • Write and configure custom functions within the platform where required
  • Guide customers on prompt design and effective usage of LLM driven features
  • Drive adoption of Copilot features by aligning solutions to customer use cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

Experience : 2-5 Years

  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience testing APIs using tools like Postman
  • Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript
  • Experience building or configuring chatbots or automation workflows on UI based platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with international customers
  • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to independently handle customer implementations and engagements

Good to Have

  • Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI concepts
  • Experience working in SaaS environments
  • Prior experience with conversational AI platforms or customer engagement tools
  • Background in companies such as Zendesk, Haptik, Yellow Messenger, or similar
